wirkt gut
Ich leide an Reizdarm- Syndrom, und habe sehr viel Probleme mit Verstopfung und Bauchschmerzen. Seit ich diese Flohsamenkapseln einnehme, habe ich fast keine Probleme mehr. Die Scmerzen sind nicht ganz weg, aber es ist viel viel besser geworden. Natürlich muss man tagsüber viel trinken. Wenn man es nicht tut, dann bemerkt man die Beschwerden wieder deutlicher.
