Flohsamen sind die Samen der Pflanze plantago ovata. Flohsamen zeichnen sich typischerweise durch ovale Samenschalen in den Farben weiß bis hellbraun aus. Das Produkt kann im rohen und verarbeiteten Zustand mit oder ohne anderen Lebensmitteln verzehrt werden.
Verzehrempfehlung:
Bis zu 3-mal täglich 5g Flohsamen mit viel Flüssigkeit einnehmen.
